- If a generation fails, you are not charged. Credits are taken only after a finished set is saved to your account. A run that does not finish costs nothing.

How content is made and reviewed
How the library is written, checked, and corrected.
- Library content follows its source lectures and is reviewed under clinician oversight.
- Students report a problem from any question, note, or guide in the app or by email to support@recallengine.app.
- A correction is published as a new version. A withdrawn item leaves the question bank.
What Recall Engine does not do
The limits a student should know before choosing it.
- It is a study aid and not medical advice.
- It is not a USMLE or PLAB board question bank and has no internship content.
- There is no native mobile app today. It runs in the phone's browser.
- The interface is in English. Egyptian Arabic appears only in the patient phrases of clinical skills guides.
- PowerPoint files are read as slide text only. Export an image-heavy deck as a PDF first.
- It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university or exam board.
- The free trial has fair-use limits on how much can be opened in a day.

- Refunds: A plan never renews by itself. There is nothing to cancel. A plan payment is non-refundable once you have opened library content or spent plan credits under that plan. If you have done neither, email support within 48 hours of payment and we will review your request. Unused days and unused plan credits are not refunded when a plan ends.
- Policies: Terms, Privacy, Refund policy, and Delivery policy.
How we count
What each number means and when it was read.
- Published means the item's current version is live in the question bank. Drafts and withdrawn items are not counted.
- Hidden topics such as course orientation are not counted.
- A topic taught in more than one year counts in each of those years. The years add up to more than the total.
- Marketing pages round counts down (for example 30,000+). This page shows the exact counts.
- Counts are read from the live database. The Counted time shows when they were read.
- Shares, dates, and the 30-day count are recounted within about 10 minutes of a change and once a day.
- Public references are the sources a student can open. Lecture citations stay private and are not counted as public references.
- Prices come from the same settings the checkout uses.
