After answering questions, Recall Engine tracks your missed topics so you can generate a targeted pack focused on where you went wrong. Does it work on slides that are mostly diagrams or images?

Yes. Recall Engine reads PDF slides visually, not just their selectable text, so diagrams, figures, clinical photos, charts, and tables rendered as images are read and tested like any other content. Slides with little or no typed text are the ones it looks at most closely, which is why scanned and handwritten lectures work too.

Does this work for USMLE, PLAB, or my university finals?

Questions are written at medical student finals level in the clinical vignette style used by MRCP and USMLE style papers, with a real patient scenario rather than a restated fact. You also set difficulty and how clinical each set should be. It practises your own lecture material in that format, so it is format rehearsal against your syllabus rather than a substitute for a board specific question bank.

Is there any difference between uploading a PDF and a PowerPoint?

PowerPoint uploads are read as slide text only, so a PPTX deck whose slides are mostly pictures will not produce much. PDFs are read visually as well as textually and are the only format that supports tapping a page reference to see the original slide. If your deck is image heavy, export it to PDF before uploading.
