Refund Policy

Credits are the currency of Recall Engine. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Credits used for successful generations

Credits deducted for a completed generation are non-refundable. Once an output has been saved to your account, the associated credits cannot be returned.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, credits are never charged. This is enforced atomically at the system level. You will not be billed for any generation that does not complete successfully.

Server-side errors

If credits were incorrectly charged due to a confirmed server error on our side, contact support within 7 days with your account email and the affected generation. We will review and issue a manual credit correction if warranted.

Purchased credit packs

Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once any generation has been performed on the account. If you purchased a pack and have not used any credits yet, contact support within 48 hours of purchase and we will review your request.

Free credits

Free signup credits are not refundable and have no cash value. They are provided as a courtesy to let you explore the product.

Policy changes

This refund policy may be updated with at least 14 days notice before changes take effect. The current version always applies at the time of purchase.
