Refund policy

If a generation fails, you are not charged. Credits are taken only after a finished set is saved to your account. A run that does not finish costs nothing.

If a set comes back short, because some pages could not be read or the lecture had too few testable points for the number you asked for, the charge drops in line with what was delivered. This happens automatically.

Credits spent on a finished set are not refundable once the set is saved to your account.

If a confirmed error on our side charged you wrongly, email support within 7 days with your account email and the affected set. We will review it and correct your credits if warranted.

The 7-day library trial needs no card. Nothing is ever charged when it ends.

A plan never renews by itself. There is nothing to cancel. A plan payment is non-refundable once you have opened library content or spent plan credits under that plan. If you have done neither, email support within 48 hours of payment and we will review your request. Unused days and unused plan credits are not refunded when a plan ends.

Credits from a credit pack never expire. A pack is non-refundable once any generation has run on the account.

We give at least 14 days' notice before a change to this policy takes effect. The version in force when you pay applies. For refund or billing questions, email support@recallengine.app with your account email and a short description of the issue.
