Terms

You must be 18 or older to use Recall Engine. Keep one account per person and keep your sign-in details private. If someone else gets into your account, tell us at support@recallengine.app.

Recall Engine is a study tool for medical students. It has a prepared library of questions, notes, and clinical guides, and it turns the lectures you upload into practice questions, flashcards, and notes.

Everything in Recall Engine supports revision and is not medical advice. Check clinical details against your official course material before an exam. See the Medical disclaimer.

Upload only lectures you are allowed to use under your institution's rules. Leave out private patient data and copyrighted material you have no right to use. You are responsible for your files and the study sets made from them.

Library questions, notes, and guides are for your own study. Do not share your access, copy the library in bulk, or resell any of it. We may limit or close an account that does.

Some figures in notes, guides, and questions come from course lectures used with permission. College names and anything that could identify a patient are removed from them. Others are openly licensed images (for example CC BY or public domain) credited to their creators. The rest are original diagrams drawn for Recall Engine. To have a credit added or corrected or an image removed, email support@recallengine.app.

Every new account gets a 7-day library trial with no card. After the trial, the free plan stays open: 5 new questions a day and everything you have already answered. New accounts also get 50 credits for their own lectures. These never expire.

Recall Core, Recall Plus, and Recall Max are sold monthly or yearly. One payment covers 30 or 365 days from the moment it is confirmed. A plan never renews by itself. See Pricing for what each plan includes and costs.

Credits pay for study sets made from your own lectures. The library uses none. Recall Core adds 100 plan credits every 30 days, Recall Plus 300, and Recall Max 600. Unused plan credits expire at the next refill. This applies to yearly plans too. Extra credits (your signup credits and any you top up) never expire. Plan credits are used first.

The library goes back to the free plan and unused plan credits expire. Your extra credits, lectures, study sets, and progress stay. You can buy a plan again at any time.

Our payment providers process every payment. We never see your full card details. You see the price, currency, and any tax before you pay.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy policy. Your practice mistakes are used only to build your own revision.
