Credits and payments
New accounts receive 50 free credits with non-expiring credit packs available via secure local checkout starting at 169 EGP.
Refunds
Digital credit purchases are generally non-refundable once added but support is available for missing credits or billing errors.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying support of any unauthorized account access.
