Digital delivery only
Recall Engine sells library plans and credits for study sets made from your lectures. Everything is delivered inside your account. There are no shipping fees, couriers, or delivery addresses.
Plan access
When your payment is confirmed, the library opens and your plan credits are added, usually within seconds. Access lasts 30 days on monthly or 365 days on yearly.
Your study sets
Credits are spent to make SBAs, MCQs, flashcards, high-yield notes, and Weakness Packs from your lectures. Each set is made on demand and saved to your account. It is ready whenever you sign in.
If something is missing
Payments are confirmed automatically. If your plan or credits do not show within a few minutes, refresh the page. If they are still missing, email support@recallengine.app from your account email.
Access and availability
Your study sets stay in your account for ongoing revision. Extra credits never expire. Plan credits refill every 30 days. Unused ones expire at the refill.
