Delivery Policy
Recall Engine is a fully digital service. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped. Here is exactly how and when you receive what you pay for.
Digital delivery only
Recall Engine sells credits and the AI-generated study materials you create with them. Everything is delivered electronically inside your account. No physical goods are produced or shipped so there are no shipping fees, couriers, or delivery addresses.
Instant credit delivery
When you buy a credit pack your credits are added to your account the moment your payment is confirmed usually within a few seconds. You can use them immediately on the Generate page.
Receiving your study outputs
Credits are spent to generate outputs such as SBAs, MCQs, flashcards, and high-yield notes. Each output is created on demand and saved to your Outputs library, accessible anytime you are signed in.
If your credits do not appear
Payments are confirmed automatically. In the rare case your credits do not show within a few minutes refresh your dashboard. If they are still missing email support@recallengine.app with your account email and we will resolve it quickly.
Access and availability
Purchased credits never expire and stay available in your account. Outputs you generate remain in your library for ongoing revision so you can return to them throughout the term.
