Does it work on scanned, handwritten, or diagram-heavy lecture PDFs?
Yes to all three. Every PDF is read visually as well as textually so this is not only about scans: the diagrams, figures, clinical photos, and charts inside an ordinary typed lecture are read and tested too, and a slide carrying no selectable text at all is still covered. Clear scans of printed lectures give the best results. Handwritten notes are harder so the cleaner and more legible the page, the more reliable the questions and you can always check each one against its source page.
Can I use the questions to prepare for my university finals or USMLE-style exams?
Yes. Because the questions come from your own uploaded lectures rather than a generic bank, they match the syllabus your finals are actually set from.
